STEP 01
OPEN

Wash your hands properly before using a tampon. Remove the colored tear tape and unwrap the bottom half of the covering. to protect your vaginal area from catching any dirt and germs.

STEP 02
HOLD AND PLACE

Unwind the removal cord. Hold the tampon from the other end and remove remaining wrapping. Get into a comfortable position for insertion.

STEP 03
INSERT AND WEAR

Gently push the tampon in the vagina using your finger as far back as possible. Don't worry it won't pass your vagina.

STEP 04
REMOVE

Relax and gently pull the removal cord diagonally downwards to slide the tampon out. Dispose it off in the bin. Do not flush, as it can damage septic system.

I've never used a tampon before. Is it hard?

There is absolutely no such thing in medical terms as losing virginity by using Tampons. One can lose virginity only by having sex.

How do I choose the right absorbency?

We have two variants to choose from. The Organic Day Tampons with super absorbency for moderate flow and the Organic Night Tampons with super plus absorbency for Heavy Flow.

Do I have to remove the tampon when I go to the toilet or during exercise?

No. Tampons become a part of your body once inserted. You can continue doing everything normally, with the Tampon still applied inside.

Is there any age limit for using a tampon?

There is no age limit for the usage of Tampons. It is for any female - a girl, or a woman - to use during their menstrual cycle.

Will it come with an applicator?

No. Sanfe Tampons do not come with an Applicator.

Do I need to check with my doctor before using them?

A doctor’s prescription is not required for using a Tampon. But if you still want to consult your doctor, you may.

How often do I need to change?

3-4 times a day is enough for most. Though, it may vary depending on the flow and whether it has leaked due to mal positioning in the first place.
