STEP 01 Place the pad inside the undergarment, soft side facing up.

STEP 02 Wrap the wings around the crotch area like in a regular pad.

STEP 03 Snap the buttons together to hold the pad in place.

— DIRECTION FOR WASHING —

STEP 01 Soak used pads in cold water for 20 minutes.

STEP 02 Scrub by hand using mild soap and water. Do not use a brush.

STEP 03 Dry the washed pad in sunlight or low tumble dry. Hang straight.

Will reusable pads stink after some time?

No. In fact, they stay fresher than disposable pads as their fabric is more breathable and allows moisture to evaporate. Less moisture means fewer bacteria that produce the undesirable smell.

How to deal with pad changes when away from home?

Fold the pad towards inside. Snap the buttons in the opposite direction to fold the pad into a square. Use the pouch for carrying it until you reach home and wash it.

Can teenage girls use these?

Adopting a sustainable period practice early on is not only great for your wallet but the environment too. So, the teenage years are a good start.

Can I wear reusable pads when swimming?

Unfortunately, no. Just like disposable pads, cloth pads will absorb the water, making them soggy and ineffective for period protection.

Can these pads be washed in a washing machine?

Machine wash and drying are not recommended for reusable sanitary pads. Please wash with hands referring to the washing guide.

Are these pads safe to use immediately after giving birth?

Yes. They are completely safe as they are made of natural material and are chemical-free.
