Can it be used on babies and kids?

The cream is specially formulated for delicate and sensitive skin. Therefore, it is safe to be used on babies and kids. However, do a patch test 24 hours before application.

Why is the cream not helping with my rash?

The cream treats chafing caused by the rubbing of the skin. If it does not relieve you of the rash, then the rash may not be because of the chafing. In this case, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

How to do a patch test?

1. Clean the inner area of your upper arm and apply one pump of the product. If you're testing it after a hot shower, wait for 15 minutes to return the skin to its normal state.
2. Wait for 2-3 minutes for the product to dry.
3. Leave the patch test for 24 hours at a minimum. Make sure the patch does not get wet.
4. Note the result after 24 hours. If you do not experience any redness, itching, bumps or irritation, then you can safely use the product.
